About these notes
A local patch diary, kept since 2020. One observer, one route, ordinary binoculars. The point is not the list; it is watching the same small piece of ground long enough for it to make sense.
Counts are my own and I do not adjust them afterwards. If a record looks unlikely it probably is, and I would rather leave it in the notebook than tidy it away.
